QualitySolicitors Talbots has appointed two new specialists to its management team.

The firm, which has seven offices across the Black Country and Worcestershire, has taken on Emma Cromarty and Rachel Pardoe as HR manager and practice director respectively.

The duo have been brought in to help manage a 20 per cent growth in turnover, with more than £50 million of corporate deals completed in 2014.

Turnover is expected to top £7.5 million this year and the firm says there have also been signs of the property market returning after the residential team saw a 46 per cent rise in transactions.

“We’ve had a really encouraging 12 months and now employ more than 180 staff across our network of offices in Codsall, Dudley, Halesowen, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Stourport and Wolverhampton,” said director Martyn Morgan.

“This growth needs to be managed effectively and to ensure we have the right infrastructure in place to deliver a personal service and quality legal advice we decided to bolster the team.

“Both Rachel and Emma bring significant experience in their specialist fields and have new ideas on how they can make us more efficient and improve our approach to recruitment.”
