QualitySolicitors Davisons has opened a new office in the heart of Birmingham’s business district in a move that has seen the creation of ten new jobs.

The opening of the new flagship branch on Colmore Row, the firm’s first in the city centre, follows the opening of an office in Solihull earlier this year.

The new office adds to other bases in Edgbaston, Four Oaks, Cotteridge and Weoley Castle.

The move has been made possible with the support of a financial package from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking.

Established 30 years ago, QualitySolicitors Davisons is the city’s largest firm specialising in commercial and domestic property transactions and its expansion has been driven by the growth of the property industry as the economic recovery continues.

Gary Davison, managing director at QualitySolicitors Davisons, said: “The opening of our very first city centre office underlines our position as Birmingham’s foremost provider of legal services in the domestic property market.

“We are also targeting matrimonial services having recruited a well-known and respected lawyer in this field, Michael Vale.

“This move, together with the recent opening of our branch in Solihull, has enabled us to add a significant number of new roles within our business, allowing us to take on more cases, and realise our ambitions for growth.”

Jason Nash, relationship manager at Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking, said: “The improving economic climate is having a positive impact on the property market, and this means that firms like QualitySolicitors Davisons are well placed to accelerate their growth plans.

“We’re committed to providing access to funding for companies within this important sector, and look forward to working with the management team at QualitySolicitors Davisons as it looks to achieve further expansion in the months and years to come.”
