Harrison Clark Rickerbys has promoted senior associate Rebecca Leask to partnership in its health and social care team.
Ms Leask, who joined the health and social care team in 2005, has extensive experience acting for providers in the care sector and will lead the firm’s health and social care transactional team.
Her practice includes corporate acquisitions and disposals, mergers, joint ventures, restructures and private equity deals.
Ms Leask is also a qualified barrister and Notary Public.
