Lodders Solicitors has appointed two new staff to its team and announced training and professional development initiatives for graduates and employees at its Stratford upon Avon offices.

Michael Brook has joined the firm’s 2014 trainee programme as part of Lodders’ agricultural and estates team.

Lauren Pearson has been appointed paralegal in the real estate team headed by partner Nick East.

Lodders is also supporting Alice Chapman throughout her legal apprenticeship, and Vicki Gow, Lois Daubney and Angela Howard on their Chartered Institute of Legal Executives qualification.

In addition the firm’s marketing co-ordinator, Hollie Coyne, is being supported on her Chartered Institute of Marketing studies and qualification.
