Harrison Clark Rickerbys has been awarded the Law Society’s international practice management standard, Lexcel, for the fifth year running in recognition of its client care and best practice.

Lexcel accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessments every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.

Barbara Marsh, Lexcel assessor, said: “Harrison Clark Rickerbys has grown rapidly in the last few years from two to six offices.

“This has been down to careful planning and prudent financial management.

“The greatest challenge faced by the law firm in the past two years has been the integration of Harrison Clark and Rickerbys into “one firm”. “This has been successful and staff described how they felt a strong sense of identity with Harrison Clark Rickerbys.”

Caroline Irvine, partner at Harrison Clark Rickerbys, said: “We are delighted to have secured our Lexcel standard for the next three years and to be recognised as a firm that excels in practice management and customer care.

“Providing our clients with the highest levels of client care is one of the firm’s core values.

“This accreditation is proof of our commitment to delivering a quality service to all of our clients.”

Headquartered in Worcester, Harrison Clark Rickerbys also has offices in Cheltenham, Hereford, Ross-on-Wye, the Thames Valley, Birmingham and London.
