Warwick-based chapmanmolony has expanded its team of patent and trademark attorneys and rebranded the business as chapman+co.
With offices in Warwick Technology Park, chapman+co is a growing firm of UK and European patent and trademark attorneys.
As well as having additional offices in Cardiff, London, Winchester and Swansea, the company has a network of overseas attorneys, which enables it to operate around the world.
Helga Chapman, founder and director of chapman+co, said: "Over the last few years there has been an uplift in businesses looking for jargon-free patent and trademark advice.
"This has enabled us to bring in additional experts who each have an in depth knowledge of their areas of expertise.
"We felt a new name was required to reflect our larger team but wanted to ensure our reputation for providing a friendly and efficient approach remained."
Chapman+co works with a range of companies, from multi-nationals to start-up businesses, filing and prosecuting patent, trademark and design applications, as well as managing IP rights.
Their staff have gained experience from working as in-house patent attorneys, engineers and research scientists.
