Law firm Enoch Evans has marked its 130th year by becoming the first company in Walsall to secure membership of a Law Society quality scheme for wills and inheritance.

The Walsall & Black Country firm celebrated becoming the first provider of legal services in Walsall and its surrounding areas to secure membership of the Law Society’s Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS).

The Law Society’s kite mark means clients can expect a guaranteed standard of service from the firm.

Susan Comrie, will, tax and probate partner and head of department, said: “In a competitive market this scheme demonstrates our commitment to putting the needs of our clients first.

“Having a correctly drafted will is vital to ensure that a client’s wishes are carried out.

“We are proud to be the first in Walsall to be awarded this prestigious standard and we have been a trusted source of advice for clients over many years.

“Being a member of WIQS will certainly reinforce our ability to offer the best possible level of service.”
