A brace of lettings have been signed at two Birmingham city centre office blocks.
Business and property solutions company Terraquest has taken 8,618 sq ft at the recently refurbished Quayside Tower, in Broad Street, and accountancy and business advisory firm Smith Cooper has signed up for 4,371 sq ft at 158 Edmund Street.
Property consultancy Knight Frank acted for the tenants in both deals and is currently advising Terraquest on its further requirements elsewhere in the UK.
Associate Ben Wisher said: "We were delighted to be entrusted by Terraquest and Smith Cooper to source new premises for them in Birmingham city centre.
"The clients were happy with the results that were delivered and they were both significant transactions in the market."
