Solihull-based company The Parts Alliance has been recognised in a business awards which looks at mergers and acquisitions across the globe.
The company won the Best UK Automotive Transactions category in the inaugural Sector Success Awards.
A panel of financial professionals and writers judged the company to be a winner in the automobile and parts sector.
They noted The Parts Alliance’s rapid growth and financial performance, as well as strengths in other areas such as customer service, employee development and overall strategy.
The Sector Success Awards are run by the business website Deal Feed International.
The Parts Alliance’s chief executive Peter Sephton said: “It’s always exciting when you receive an independent endorsement like this one.
