A Midland chartered accountancy firm has relocated to new headquarters following a six-figure investment.
Hayward Wright Chartered Accountants has purchased a two-storey office at Redditch development, The Oaks, in a £180,000 deal.
The privately-owned financial specialist, which also has an office in Worcester, was previously based in Redditch town centre and has moved its 12-strong team into a new 1,500 square foot home which boasts a spacious reception, meeting rooms, conference space and car parking.
Managing director Alistair Hayward-Wright formed the business in 2007.
He said: “Moving into our new headquarters represents the start of an exciting new chapter for Hayward Wright.
“We have grown steadily over the past seven years and felt the time, and the market, was just right to invest into our own office space that would benefit us and our clients for many years to come.
“We regularly advise clients on the benefits of making their own office investments and the financial support available. So from a business perspective, it’s fantastic to have made our own move.
“The new offices are proving to be popular with everyone and we’ve had great feedback. We are on the doorstep of the motorway network, it has created the fresh, modern working environment we’ve been craving and has excellent facilities, including generous on-site parking.

As part of the move the firm will also be adding a trio of new appointments to its team in the coming months.
Two accountancy jobs and a new trainee role will increase the team to 15 - 12 months after the firm brought in three new apprentices.
Mr Hayward-Wright added: “Being able to help contribute to the local economy by adding new jobs and opportunities is also important to us. We will be adding fresh faces and expertise to the team.”
