James Holroyd has joined Hargreave Hale’s Worcester office as an investment manager.

Mr Holroyd joins the firm from EFG Harris Allday where he served as an investment director.

In his new role he will be responsible for managing portfolio mandates for private clients, charities trusts and pension funds.

His appointment follows the recent relocation of the Worcester office to larger premises as part of an effort to drive the firm’s growth in the area.

Mike Davies, Hargreave Hale Worcester branch manager, said: “James will add significant expertise and experience to the team at a time when we are striving to extend our proposition across the West Midlands.”

In addition to its Worcester office, Hargreave Hale’s private client business also operates from London, Bangor, Blackpool, Carlisle, Lancaster and more recently Nottingham and York.

Since April 2013, the firm’s funds under management have doubled to £4.7 billion and more than 40 new staff have joined the company, bringing total headcount above 200.
