Professional services giant Deloitte has appointed its fifth female tax partner in Birmingham this year. Joanne Haslehurst, who has been with the firm since 1995, joins 45 partners across the Midlands.
Ms Haslehurst, who works within the international assignment services group, has almost 20 years’ experience advising multinationals in a range of areas including international employer tax compliance, advice on corporate ex-patriot communities and executive compensation and reward.
During her time at Deloitte, she has established and now leads the Deloitte international HR forum in the Midlands, which brings together HR professionals from global firms to discuss topical issues and share best practice.
Chris Loughran, senior partner at Deloitte in Birmingham, said: “This represents an important investment in a growing part of our practice.”
