Celebrity chef Marco Pierre White is returning to Birmingham this week and will unveil a new seasonal menu at the restaurant bearing his name.

The restaurateur is heading to the city to promote his new book, White Heat, on February 4.

His visit to Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, Bar and Grill, on the 25th floor of The Cube, will coincide with the launch of the new menu.

General manager of the restaurant John Lambourne Richardson said: "This event will be a fantastic opportunity for anyone wishing to meet Marco and we're thrilled that our restaurant will be the only venue to host him outside of London on this special occasion.

"We will also be introducing our new seasonal menu for them to choose from. Anyone who wishes to meet him is welcome to join us up here on level 25."

The chef, who has trained the likes of Gordon Ramsay and Curtis Stone, will meet guests between 12pm and 5pm and then for a further period from 7pm for later diners and guests.
