Jewellery Quarter PR and communications agency Spottydog was the big winner at the 2016 CIPR Midlands PRide Awards.
For the second year running, the agency claimed the biggest haul, scooping four titles including outstanding small consultancy.
The firm was credited by judges for “placing investment in people and identifying new talent at the heart of their business”.
It also won STEM campaign, best use of digital and best use of photography or design.
NASUWT, the trade union for teachers, Edgbaston-based Willoughby PR and Solihull group NC Creative also took home prizes while Fresh PR, also based in the Jewellery Quarter, was named consultancy of the year.
Bron Eames, chairman of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in the Midlands, said: “There is real pride in being part of our dynamic, thriving Midlands PR community.
“The mix of channels that we all use might be evolving but the importance of strong strategic thinking, intelligent creativity and a demonstration of return on investment remains constant.
“The winners show this and myself and the committee want to congratulate them on their success.”
