A new drone video captures the final stages of demolition of Birmingham's old Central Library and Adrian Boult Hall.

The video (above) shows the full extent of the site clearance which is being carried out as part of the £500 million Paradise development in Chamberlain Square.

It features close-up shots of the high reach demolition machine in action and viewers can also see the foundations of One Chamberlain Square being installed - the first office building to be constructed on the site.

The video also showcases some of the city centre's best-known and most historic buildings - Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, the Council House and the Town Hall.

Paradise will eventually comprise eight new office buildings, a hotel, public space and new traffic system around the old Paradise Circus island.
