Property consultancy Knight Frank has promoted five agents within its Birmingham commercial team.

Jon Ryan-Gill and Jonathan Devaney have been promoted to partner and Andrew Hawkins, Indi Sidhu and Ben Wisher have stepped up to associate level.

Mr Ryan-Gill has extensive experience within the Midlands industrial, logistics and development market, having represented institutional and private landlords, developers and occupiers, while Mr Devaney has formed an integral part of the Knight Frank capital markets team for six years.

Indi Sidhu is a commercial valuer, focusing on loan security and portfolio valuations for institutional clients while  Andrew Hawkins is an agent within the building consultancy team, undertaking all aspects of the service line role on behalf of both landlords and occupiers.

Making up the quintet is Ben Wisher who works within the office agency team and has been involved in a number of acquisition and disposal instructions in Birmingham and the wider Midlands area.
