Property consultancy CBRE has appointed two new surveyors to its logistics and industrial agency team in Birmingham.
Greg Dalton joins the city centre firm from JLL and Marcus Phayer moves from Cushman & Wakefield.
The duo will work across CBRE's portfolio, marketing both existing units and development stock, for clients including Roxhill, Segro, IM Properties and Goodman, working alongside head of the team Richard Meering and director Stuart Mair.
Mr Meering said: "The Midlands enjoyed record take-up of logistics and industrial space in the first half of this year and, although we are now facing stock and occupier confidence issues following the Brexit vote, the region remains the location of choice for many logistics firms and manufacturers.
"As a consequence, we will continue to invest in growing our agency team to ensure the highest-quality service to our clients."
