A prime piece of development land next to the home of Warwickshire Country Cricket Club in Edgbaston has been brought to market.

The 6.8-acre plot, next to Cannon Hill Park, is being sold for development jointly by the club and the Homes and Communities Agency.

It has planning permission for residential, office, retail, leisure and hotel uses and any development would benefit from its proximity to both the city centre and the popular park.
