The Birmingham office of property adviser Bilfinger GVA has expanded its building consultancy team with the appointment of Max Wilkes.
Mr Wilkes joins the company as a senior quantity surveyor from EM Highways and brings experience of commercial management, including roles at Amey, InteserveFM, Davis Langdon and Nottinghamshire County Council.
