A Birmingham law graduate was judged to be the best candidate in the Midlands at the 11th annual Katie Bard Temp of the Year Awards.

Roisin O’Dubhlaoidh impressed the judges from the leading recruitment firm to land both the outstanding contribution award and the overall Temp of the Year accolade.

The 23-year-old was nominated by Health Education West Midlands – a non-departmental public body which is part of NHS Health Education England – where Roisin has enjoyed a highly successful placement as a performance officer since October 2014.

Katie Bard’s Temp of the Year Awards recognise the achievements of its candidates based at a wide range of organisations across the region and were celebrated at Bar Opus at One Snow Hill in Birmingham .

The other winners on the night were Laura Wainwright (receptionist temp of the year), Jenna Bennett (administrator temp of the year), Catherine Finch (graduate temp of the year), Sandra Reid (secretary temp of the year) and Lauren Hiard (PA temp of the year).
