Seven Capital creates video on why Birmingham is the place to invest

Seven Capital, which is building a host of new apartments across the city centre, drafted in the likes of Lord Digby Jones and Stacey Barnfield for the film

One of the most prolific investors in Birmingham has turned film director with a video to celebrate all that is good about the city.

Seven Capital, which is building a host of new apartments across the city centre, drafted in the likes of Lord Digby Jones, PJ Ellis, the chief executive of charity LoveBrum, and former Birmingham Post editor Stacey Barnfield for the film.

It showcases some of the city's selling points - the fact it is one of the youngest in Europe, that it attracts more people out of London than any other and that it boasts the highest quality of life of any English region.

The video was shot across Bullring, Custard Factory, German Market Victoria Square, Library of Birmingham and the Birmingham Mail's offices at Fort Dunlop and has been shared on social media by the firm at @SevenCapital on Twitter.
