A change management company is moving to a new home in Birmingham's Colmore Business District.

Curium Solutions has started the renovation of around 4,000 sq ft of office space in Innovation Court, Edmund Street, as part of an expansion drive.

The company said revenue nearly doubled in 2015 compared to the previous year and it had grown its team from ten to 23 staff since 2014.

Curium was founded in 2008 by twins James and Adam Farrow and Andy Dawson.

Adam Farrow said: "The move to our new HQ is a huge milestone for us.

"It puts us front and centre of Birmingham's thriving business district and means we're ideally located to support our growing Midlands client base."

The company, which is based in Newater House in Newhall Street, will more than double the size of its existing office space with the move to Innovation Court.

Building work is due to completed by the end of September.

James Farrow added: "We've seen phenomenal growth in the last few years.

"We've got big ambitions to grow the business, expand the team and be the best change management consultancy in the region.

"We want our new HQ to be more than just our office: we want it to be a centre of digital innovation used by businesses in the city."

Its roster of clients includes Lloyds Banking Group, E.ON, Boots and Argos.
