Leading businesses from across the Midlands came together last week to take part in the Birmingham Post’s annual go-karting event.
Sponsored by Birmingham Airport, the networking event was well attended by key members of the Midlands business community, including Jaguar Land Rover, Caterpillar, No.5 Chambers and many others.
Each company entered a team of four and competed for a podium finish at the impressive Teamworks Karting, an indoor kart circuit in Birmingham, on Tuesday May 13.
Mandy Haque, Sales and Travel Trade Relationship Manager at Birmingham Airport, said: “It was great to sponsor the Birmingham Post’s annual go-karting event again this year. This unique networking event is a great way to build stronger relationships with businesses across the region and increase their awareness of routes that are available from Birmingham Airport.”
Mandy added: “Congratulations to everyone who took part, especially the guys from Reach Local, who were the first team to pass the chequered flag.”
