The Midlands region of the Investment Property Forum teamed up with the Urban Land Institute to host a presentation on regional devolution.
An expert panel examined the roles of the Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs), the Combined Authorities and the new Midlands Engine.
Speakers included Liz Peace CBE, chairman of the Curzon Regeneration Company’s shadow board; Richard Parker, a partner at PWC and lead adviser to the West Midlands Combined Authority, and Katie Trout, director of the Greater Birmingham & Solihull LEP. Andrew Carter from Centre for Cities moderated the discussion.
More than 70 guests attended the event at the Birmingham offices of sponsor law firm DLA Piper.
