A fundraising dinner at the Dorchester, London, for Birmingham-based charity Children’s Liver Disease Foundation (CLDF) raised over £90,000.

The Chefs’ Gala Dinner was attended by 300 guests including 30 top chefs.

The menu was designed and supervised by four of Britain’s top chefs . Marcus Eaves of London’s Pied a Terre, Claude Bosi of Hibiscus, Jocelyn Herland of Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester and Claude Lamarche from The Arts Club.

As well as enjoying a first class menu, guests heard about the work of CLDF from broadcaster Sue Cook , one of the charity’s patrons and from Dr Patrick Mc Kiernan, Paediatric Hepatologist at Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
