Innovation Birmingham held the second event in its Inspire Keynote Event series. Lara Morgan, founder and CEO of Pacific Direct Ltd – a business she later sold for £20million – addressed a crowd of more than 100 entrepreneurs and business leaders, sharing her experience of growing an idea into a multi-million pound business.
Speaking frankly on issues surrounding leadership, employee motivation, business growth, the importance of personal reflection and priority setting, Lara explained what it takes to achieve growth for any business.
Innovation Birmingham’s new e4f Inspire programme aims to develop West Midlands businesses and their leaders by offering free access to keynote events, workshops and mentoring sessions with top flight business coaches.
