Brooke Smith Planning celebrated 21 years in business at its annual summer garden party at The Cloisters in Edgbaston .
Once again, the event proved very popular with the property community who travelled from all over the UK.
The rain stayed away, the ice cream and cupcakes flowed and guests enjoyed hearing of the success of the practice over the past 12 months from directors Will Charlton and Louise Brooke-Smith.
