Roy Richardson

Roy Richardson founded Richardson Developments with his twin brother Don during the 1980s, after founding the real estate development company Richardson's in the 1950s. Despite developments all over the world, the Richardson twins will be best remembered for one of their earliest and biggest project on their own doorstep – the Merry Hill Shopping Centre. Don died in September 2007, aged 77.
