BYPY

Birmingham Young Professional of the Year is an annual award ceremony which recognises the stars of the city's business and professional services. Every year hundreds of guests gather at the ICC to celebrate up and coming talent across six categories - finance, legal, HR, recruitment and training, technology, property and construction and marketing and communications. There is also an Aspiring Talent award for 16 to 24 year olds who are still in full-time education and an Inspiring Leader award to recognise exceptional contribution to the business community. The awards, better known as BYPY, are open to people aged 35 and under and were first held in 2001.
