Barclaycard Arena, Birmingham

The Barclaycard Arena opened in Birmingham in 1991 as the National Indoor Arena (NIA). It has hosted some of the world's top music performers including Elton John, Beyonce, Iron Maiden, Madonna, Black Sabbath, Bob Dylan and Oasis. It has also hosted Davis Cup tennis and international indoor athletics. The 12,802 capacity arena is part of the NEC Group and was renamed the Barclaycard Arena in December 2014 following a £26m redevelopment.
